Locali Seasoned - Beekeeping 101 - Willow Springs

NOTE: This private session of Beekeeping 101 will be held at the Willow Springs Bee Sanctuary, for Locali Seasoned.

Beekeeping 101 is an introductory course that includes instruction, discussions, and, if weather permits, suiting up to inspect the hives in the bee yard.  

1. Free!
2. ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED, INCLUDING GUESTS. NO DROP-INS OR EXTRA PEOPLE, PLEASE.
3. No prior experience is needed.
4. Wear long THICK and loose pants; closed-toed shoes, preferably BOOTS; and thick long socks. Persons without proper coverage (shorts, sandals, booty socks, etc.) will not be permitted to participate in hive inspections.
5. Please bring drinking water.
6. Please provide loaner suit size at the time of registration.
7. Be aware: there is always a possibility of bee stings. 

NOTE REGARDING SPACE: This is a special session of Beekeeping 101, which will be held at the LBB Bee Sanctuary at Willow Springs.
