Clean Up Leader will: ✅ oversees booth break down ✅ drops off tabling materials and observation hive
Saturday - Set Up Leader
Set Up Leader will: ✅ pick up the observation hive, teaching hive, and other tabling materials ✅ monitor setup ✅ record attendance
Saturday - Shift 1 - 8-10am
Saturday - Shift 2 - 10am-Noon
Saturday - Shift 3 - Noon-2pm
Saturday - Shift 4 - 2-4pm

Long Beach Beekeepers (LBB) have been invited by the Aquarium of the Pacific's Teen Climate Council to participate at their Earth Day 2026 on April 25th and 26th. The event will take place in the Great Hall, inside the Aquarium from 9am-5pm, both days. We would like to have two to four club members at the booth throughout the day to talk with and inform the public about bees. Two-hour shifts available each day beginning at 8am. Interested in working multiple shifts? You can! Simply pick a shift, complete registration, then register again.

Volunteers will receive parking validation for the parking structure directly across from the Aquarium when they check in for their shift. Register early to receive a parking pass and Aquarium tickets.
