This recipe for chicken with a tangerine, honey and chipotle glaze is delish! I think it would also work on fish.

If you're a vegetarian, how about grilling and glazing some whole carrots or slices of sweet potatoes? I have grilled both with great results, but did not think about using this glaze. Next time!
